What types of materials can I buy on AggregateMarkets.com?

Can I trust the quality of the materials?
Absolutely. We partner with reputable suppliers like IMI, US Aggregates, Heidelberg, and Martin Marietta, ensuring every product—from construction aggregate to western sunset rocks meets high industry standards.

What is the cost of sand, soil or other bulk materials?
The cost varies depending on the type and quantity. Prices are listed per cubic yard or ton on our website.

How much material do I need?
Use our estimate quantity calculator on the main page to find out. You can also get help from our gravel gradation chart. Our team can also assist with custom calculations for larger projects.

I can't find the material I want to order?
In that case, please contact us at +1 (574) 914-1289 or shop@aggregatemarkets.com and we will do our best to provide you with the material you are searching.  If the message "product is not available" is displayed, the product is likely out of stock. For certain materials like decorative stones, mulch, and sandboxes, if it's not possible to place an order through the website because they have limited availability, and we may need to check the current stock. All other products displayed on the homepage are typically in stock.

What is specific weight?
Specific weight is an indicator of material volume. As a general guide, 1 cubic yard of aggregate, sand, or dirt is equivalent to ca 1.5 tons. Keep in mind that this number may vary and is purely an average indication. Use our calculator to get your estimate.

Do you offer additional services such as spreading or placement of the sand or soil?
To spread materials evenly it is possible that, when asked, the truck driver can perform a tail-gated dump. This is up to the driver's discretion and perfect/even result cannot be guaranteed.  We can provide spreading or placement services with heavy equipment like excavators or skid-loaders for an additional fee. Please inquire about these services when placing your order.

Can I order different materials in one delivery?  
Yes, this option is theoretically available but not via webpage, please be aware that the materials in the truck will mix, and it won't be possible to separate them upon unloading. We highly recommend ordering loads separately.

How high should the landscaping layer of soil be?
Common recommendation is to have a layer of topsoil that is at least 4 to 6 inches deep. This depth allows for healthy root growth for most plants, provides adequate moisture retention, and allows for good drainage. If you are planting grass, flowers, shrubs, or small trees, a 4 to 6-inch layer of topsoil should be sufficient. However, for larger trees or plants with deeper root systems, you may need to provide a deeper layer of soil.

What type of sand or soil do I need?
At Aggregatemarkets.com, we offer a variety of sands and soils for different projects. For construction, you might need mason sand over fill sand, while for gardening, you may prefer topsoil over unscreened soil. Our team can help you choose the best type based on your specific needs.

Will the price include all costs?
Yes. All of our end prices are final, including material, delivery, sales tax with no hidden costs.

How far in advance can I place an order?
Depending on the availability of time slots for delivery options, the fastest option you can receive your order delivery is on the same day after placing it. Average is 1-2 working days once your payment is successfully processed.

Is there a minimum order?
Some products have a minimum order, most commonly between 1 tons/yards. But this does vary depending on your location and availability of material.

Can I receive an invoice after placing an order?
Yes, after placing an order through our website, an invoice will be automatically issued through our website based on information provided.

How can I place an order?
The most convenient way to order is through our main website at www.aggregatemarkets.com, which provides the best overview of aggregate materials, delivery times, and payment options. Alternatively, you can place an order by email.
 

  • Select the desired material. To do this, click on the  the material or select the desired quantity of the material.
  • Enter your location. AggregateMarkets operates in the State of Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. In some cases our map may be unable to find you or you are out of service area, in that case do contact us directly.
  • Select a suitable delivery time by clicking on the circle in front of the desired time. To order the load, click on the "Order Load" button and proceed to the checkout page. On the Shopping Truck page, ensure the content of your order by reviewing whether the selected material, quantity, and delivery time are correct. If necessary, you can also add other materials to Shopping Truck. Please note that when adding multiple materials to Shopping Truck, you need to select a separate delivery time for each material. To confirm the order, enter your contact details. Make sure the information entered is correct.
  • Choose a suitable payment method by clicking on the circle in front of the desired option. If you choose Stripe then you will be directed to Stripe payment system where you can pay by credit card, Apple pay, Google pay etc

How do I pay?
Just follow these steps: Select the materials you desire and indicate the quantity you require. Add the selected items to your shopping cart. Pick your preferred delivery date and time. Proceed to the checkout for payment processing. Make your payment using provided payment options or MasterCard/Visa credit card. Once your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you to acknowledge your payment.

 

Delivery

Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery services across our operating states. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and quantity.

Do you need specific access to deliver to my location?
We deliver using various vehicle types. Ensure your location can accommodate large trucks. If there are access concerns, please inform us in advance to arrange suitable delivery.

Is there a risk that pavers or curbstones will break under the weight of the delivery truck? - Unfortunately, this is possible. When allowing a truck on pavers, please be aware that the weight of the delivery truck may cause the pavers or curbstones to sink or crack. The risk is higher when the truck needs to maneuver on the surface. However, this rarely happens. To avoid this risk, it's recommended to use a lightweight and small vehicle for deliveries whenever possible. Aggregatemarkets.com (Ayren, Inc) will not compensate for any damages in result. In the event the buyer orders beyond the curb line, the buyer assumes all liability for damages to any property including lawn, sidewalks, driveways etc as well as any loss and expenses incurred as a result of such deliveries.

Is there a risk that the delivery truck will damage my lawn?
Yes, especially in rainy weather, there is a significant risk of damage to the lawn surface during loading. The client is responsible for any damage to the lawn during loading. Aggregatemarkets.com (Ayren, Inc) will not compensate for any damages.

What are the dimensions of the delivery vehicles?

Will the goods arrive exactly the time as I ordered?  
Yes, in most cases, our drivers will deliver your order without any issues at the exact timeframe you specified, with a +/-1 hour window. In some cases, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, traffic jams, work stops at quarries, vehicle breakdowns on the way, etc. Therefore Aggregatemarkets.com (Ayren, Inc) bears no responsibility for additional expenses or income loss resulting from delivery delays, such as a customer hiring landscaping services, renting equipment or taking time off from work. Furthermore, Aggregatemarkets.com (Ayren, Inc) does not assume responsibility or liability for expenses related to third-party services or external arrangements the customer has entered into, such as those involving contractors or landscaping companies, in any situation related to an order.

The discount code is not working?  
Discount codes typically have a specific timeframe and are usually campaign-based.

Can I pick up the goods myself?  
At the moment we only provide bulk product pickups with our own transport.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is required upon order confirmation. For large orders, we may offer financing options.

What is your policy on returns or cancellations?
Please be advised that handling costs will apply if you cancel your order. If you cancel after the order has been purchased, you will need to pay a handling cost - in total (5%) of the total order value. The remaining 95% will be refunded. If you cancel after the truck has left the yard with your product, you will need to pay the full ammount (100%) of the total order value and are not eligible for refund.. Buyer must cancel or postpone any order at least one business day before the delivery date and during business hours.
